At Exmoor Trees we strive to ensure that any order you place with us is picked, packed and shipped to you with the greatest care, so that it arrives with you in the best possible condition.
DELIVERY TIMESCALES
We look to process and deliver all orders placed online at www.exmoortrees.co.uk within 5 to 7 working days of the order being placed.
DELIVERY COSTS
We offer two delivery options;
Free Collection:
Collect your order, free of charge, from our tree nursery: Exford, Nr Minehead, West Somerset, TA24 7QH.
Orders can be collected Monday to Friday between 9.00am – 4.00pm.
We will contact you within 2 working days from the date your order was placed, to arrange a suitable date and time for you to visit site and collect your order.
Please ensure before attempting to collect your order, you have agreed a date and time with us of when you’d like to pick up your order.
Courier Delivery:
Choose a courier service and have the goods delivered to a location of your choice.
Our Charges
- £60 on orders containing under 1000 items
- £90 on orders of over 1000 items
Please note that we only deliver to UK mainland.
DELIVERY ACCESS + UNLOADING
Please kindly let us know when placing your order if there are any vehicular access restrictions, which we should be aware of, at your required delivery location; such as width, height or weight restrictions.
Larger orders may be sent to you on a pallet and if no forklift is available at the delivery location, a hydraulic tail lift and a manual pallet truck will be used to offload the goods; so a solid, level surface will be required to safely unload such deliveries.
Again, please let us know when placing your order if we need to work with you regarding any specific requirements the delivery location may pose to a courier driver and their vehicle.
RETURNS
For any reason you are not entirely happy with your order, please contact a member of the team within 2 days of receiving your order so, we can work with you to resolve any issues.
