Description
A bushy evergreen shrub with extremely spiny stems bearing small leaves and bright yellow coconut scented flowers.
It flowers between January and June; peaking in April and May, followed by slender black seed pods.
Growing Conditions:
Grow in poor sandy soil in full sun. Will become leggy in rich soils.
Value To Wildlife:
Provide great protection during harsh weather for many bird species and the flowers are a good source of nectar for both bees and butterflies.
Important Note:
You’ll receive a 2 year old well established whip that’s between 20 to 60cm in height.
